Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate our business, including FotoShare.co and SmugMug (photo hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery), and payment processors (credit card transactions). These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their services.
Event Galleries: Event photos are uploaded to an online gallery that may be accessible to other event guests. If you prefer a private gallery, you may request pin protection (see below).
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SmilingShots or others.

4. Event Photos & Online Galleries

Event photos are hosted in an online gallery for 60 days after the event.
After 60 days, all photos are permanently deleted from our servers.
Galleries are publicly accessible by default. Clients may request a pin-protected gallery at least 48 hours before the event for added privacy.
SmilingShots may use event photos for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing) unless the client opts out in writing before the event.
Individual guests may request removal of their photos at any time by contacting us at info@smilingshots.com.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By providing a phone number at our photo booth, guests consent to receiving a one-time SMS containing their photo gallery link. This is not a subscription service.
Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
We do not send promotional texts to guest phone numbers.
Clients who book with us may receive booking confirmations and event-related emails. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

Photos of minors taken at events are subject to the same usage terms agreed to by the booking client.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including FotoShare.co, SmugMug, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
